Return & Refund Policy

All products offered by TT Candied Grapes are freshly prepared to order. Due to the perishable nature of these items, all purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Pickup

Customers will be notified via text message or email when their order is ready for pickup. This notification will include the pickup location and any relevant instructions. Please ensure that accurate contact information is provided at the time of checkout to avoid delays or missed communications.

Orders must be picked up within the designated pickup window. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for timely pickup once notification has been received.

Any order not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be discarded due to food safety considerations. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
